Acceptable Use Policy

1. The AI features this policy covers

• AI page creation: the assistant that writes and builds pages, sections and text from what you type, from your website or from material you upload.
• AI picture creation: making or editing pictures (for example product shots, backgrounds, rewards and badges) from a description you write.
• AI video creation: making short promotional videos from your brand and a description you write.

2. Prohibited content

You may not use Jellybean, or ask any of its AI features, to create, edit, upload or publish:

• sexually explicit, pornographic, nude or otherwise NSFW content, including sexualised pictures or videos of anyone, real or fictional. This applies to AI picture and video creation without exception;
• any sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualises minors in any way;
• pictures or videos of a real, identifiable person made or altered without their consent, including face swaps, deepfakes and impersonation;
• graphic violence or gore, content that promotes self-harm, or content that threatens or harasses anyone;
• content that promotes hatred of, or discrimination against, people for who they are;
• content that promotes terrorism, weapons, illegal drugs or other illegal activity;
• content that is deceptive or meant to defraud, including phishing pages, fake reviews, and pages that impersonate another brand;
• content that infringes someone else's trademark, copyright, likeness or privacy.

3. How we enforce it

Every request you type into an AI feature is screened by an automated content safety check before any AI model receives it. A request that the check flags or refuses is not passed to a model, nothing is generated, and you are told the request was refused. If the check cannot be reached, nothing is generated either.

We may also review content made or published with Jellybean, remove content that breaks this policy, and suspend or close the accounts and projects involved. Repeated attempts to get around the safety check are themselves a breach of this policy. Where the law requires it, we report content to the authorities.

4. Your responsibility

You are responsible for what you ask the AI features to make and for what you publish to your customers, including checking AI-made text and pictures before you publish them. Content made with the AI features may be inaccurate, and must not be presented as a photograph of a real event or person when it is not one.

5. Reporting

To report content made with Jellybean that breaks this policy, email hello@jellybean.xyz with a link to it. We look at every report.
